JUDGMENT
The learned counsel on both sides submitted that all the directions issued by this Court in Annexure A judgment, except the direction to settle pensionary claims, have been complied with. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the pensionary claims were not settled for want of a non liability certificate and that the non liability certificate was issued on 1.11.2010. He further submits that in view of the non liability certificate issued by the Director of Fisheries on 1.11.2010 pensionary claims will be settled expeditiously and in any event within one month from today. The said submission is recorded and the contempt case is closed.
