The petitioner herein filed W.P(C) No. 29365 of 2009, seeking for police protection, wherein interim relief was granted as per orders dated on 16.10.2009 and 22.10.2009, directing the respondent to provide adequate and effective police protection, so as to transport the manure and the activities to be pursued. Subsequently, the Writ Petition was finalized as per Annexure 3 verdict, making interim orders absolute.
