When the Bail Application came up for hearing on 2.3.2010, the following order was passed:
“Apprehending arrest on an accusation of having committed non bailable offence, the petitioner has filed this application for anticipatory bail. The petitioner apprehends that he may be arrested by Vechoochira Police on a petition filed by some of the customers of the Valutundiyil Finance. It is stated that the petitioner was the Manager of Valutundiyil Finance. It is also stated that the Managing Director of the Valutundiyil Finance left the place closing the firm and cheating the investors. It would appear that the investors had filed petition before the police. The police directed the petitioner to appear. He did not appear.
