This petition is for anticipatory bail.
Immoral Traffic(Prevention) Act. According to prosecution, on 07.01.2010 at about 1 P.M., a raid was conducted by the police in
the guest house run by petitioner and in one of the rooms prostitution was being carried on and accused nos. 1 to 3 were found indulging in sexual activities. Accused nos. 1 to 3 were arrested from the spot; 4th accused, who is the manager of the guest house was arrested subsequently. The 5th accused is the owner of the guest house and he allegedly committed the various offences alleged in the case.
