The petitioner has come to this Cort with this petition for issue of a writ of habeas corpus to search for, trace and produce her daughter Sabitha Mahamood, an adult woman, aged about 23 years. She alleged in the petition that her daughter was being illegally detained by the 4th respondent herein who is allegedly the employer of the said Sabitha Mahamood.
