The inaction on Ext.P1 complaint where the Petitioner has alleged that the 2nd respondent has violated the provisions of Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act is what is complained of in this writ petition.
that the District Collector on receipt of the complaint from the Petitioner forwarded the same to the Revenue Divisional
Officer, who in turn called for a report from the Village Officer. It is stated that the Village Officer submitted a report to the RDO and issued notice to the 2nd respondent.
Pleader it is obvious that the authorities are taking action on the complaint made by the petitioner.

expedited and completed, no further orders are called for. An
order to that effect is issued.
