JUDGMENT
Heard counsel for the petitioner. The report
obtained through the Registry from the Sub Court, Pathanamthitta is to the effect that issues are not framed in the suit; that the case is posted for framing the issues to 5.2.2009 and that pre-trial steps are also not over. However, the learned Sub Judge has informed that he will try his level best to dispose of the case within six months. The Sub Judge is directed to expedite the trial of the case completing all pre-trial steps and to dispose of the case as early as possible.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
