J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is a Plus Two teacher. She applied to the respondent University for registration for Ph.D. There are 19 vacancies and according to the petitioner, if all the vacancies are filled up, she will also get registration.
that considering the facilities available, it was decided by the University to fill up only 15 seats. It is also stated that out of the seats filled up, only two seats are earmarked to be filled up from among Plus Two teachers, to which category the petitioner belongs. It is submitted that these two seats are already been filled up, and therefore, the petitioner can have no claim.
Therefore, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
