Petitioner submits that though Ext.P1 patta covers only 20 cents of land, he is in possession of 29 cents of land. According to the petitioner, in view of the above, he made Ext.P4 application to the respondent praying that patta be issued in respect of excess 9 cents. This writ petition was thereafter filed seeking orders from the respondent for issuance of the patta as above.
