It has been ascertained from the Sub
Court, Perumbavoor that copy could not be issued as there is heavy pendency and copy application up to June, 2008 alone could be complied with as there is only one Typist to attend to all work regarding issuing of fair copy and however that copy application in the instant case has been given for typing today in view of the queries made from the Registry. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the said report, this Writ Petition is not pursued.
