JUDGMENT
I heard learned counsel representing the counsel for the
petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. Petitioner seeks a direction to restore the electric supply dismantled on 29.11.2008.
I record the submission of the learned Standing Counsel and direct that upon the petitioner remitting Rs.350/- before the fourth respondent, the fourth respondent shall within 48 hours restore the connection to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
