application for revaluation has been received in time and is in order, expeditious steps will be taken to revalue the same. He also submits that as per the Examination Manual, the University requires 81 clear days from the date of publication of the results to complete the revaluation process.
In the instant case, the results were published before 22.8.2009. The petitioner applied for revaluation of his answer scripts of the 6th semester examination on 22.8.2009. As on today, 72 days have passed after the petitioner applied for revaluation. I therefore dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to take steps to have the petitioner's answer scripts of the 6th semester examination revalued and to communicate the result to him on or before 30.11.2009.
