Petitioner, a handicapped person having 50%

disability , had participated in the selection to the post of Hospital Attender Gr.II conducted by the 1st respondent. His grievance has been highlighted in Ext.P7 representation submitted before the 3rd respondent. This writ petition has been filed challenging the denial of appointment and also seeking a direction in relation to Ext.P7.

Heard learned Government Pleader also.

The Director of Medical Education, the 3rd respondent shall bestow serious attention on Ext.P7 and take appropriate action thereon, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If the allegations contained in Ext.P7 are correct and the 3rd respondent finds it is necessary to conduct a fresh selection, a notice shall be issued to the 4th respondent as also any other affected person before a final decision is
