Petitioner, who has completed her MCA Course
from a college affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University, had written the Forth Semester Examination held in October, 2008. Apparently, dissatisfied by the marks obtained in one paper, she had applied for revaluation. She is aggrieved that the result of the revaluation has not been published so far.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to publish the results of the revaluation sought for by the petitioner in relation to the Forth Semester Examination held in October, 2008, as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment
