J U D G M E N T
Petitioner, a District Judge in the Kerala Higher Judicial Service, retired on superannuation in the year 1987. He is aggrieved that the enhanced rate of pension and allowance due to him has not been disbursed so far. By Ext.P1, the petitioner has been sanctioned a basic pension of Rs.6,143/- from 01-01-1996 and Rs.9,213/- with effect from 01-04-2004. He is also entitled to Dearness Allowance at the Central rate. These amounts are not disbursed and hence this writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
