Petitioner herein is the 1st petitioner in O.P.(MV) No.221/1992 on the files of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Thrissur which was disposed of under Ext.P1. By Ext.P2, a Bench of this Court enhancing a portion of the amount has been deposited in a Bank. Petitioner is the wife of the deceased and the rest of the claimants have now attained majority. On an earlier occasion, this Court by Ext.P7 directed the Tribunal to disburse 50% of the amount to the petitioner. That has been done. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Tribunal to disburse the balance amount also.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
