JUDGMENT
Petitioner challenges Ext.P5 proceedings of the Municipality, determining the professional tax due to him. The order is appealable in terms of the Municipalities Act and Rules. Leaving open the remedy of the petitioner to challenge Ext.P5 in alternate proceedings, writ petition is disposed of.
