JUDGMENT
Writ petition has been filed alleging that in spite of Ext.P1 order being passed by the District Collector directing the release of the vehicle belonging to the petitioner on interim custody, the same has not been done. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that subsequently a final order has been passed in the matter of seizure, confiscation and release of the vehicle under Section 23 of the Kerala Protection of River Banks and Regulation of sand mining Act. In these circumstances writ petition is closed reserving the liberty of the petitioner to take appropriate steps in relation to the said order.
