By the impugned judgment, the learned single Judge directed to grant approval to the writ petitioner's college for commencement of B.Sc. Nursing degree course from the academic onwards, but, at the same time, appellant was given right to inspect the collect and ensure that qualified teachers are available in the college after commencement of the course and also to see that all the defects pointed out by them are cured. The judgment was pronounced on 20.11.2006. There was no stay. Since the appellant has given right to inspect the college, we see that no furthers are necessary. If any further defects are there in running of the college as per the norms which have not cured, appropriate action can be taken by the appellant.

With that observation, this writ appeal is disposed of.
