JUDGMENT
Appeal was being posted for admission hearing
as last chance after several postings on 18.7.2008 as desired by the counsel for the appellant. On 18.7.2008 also, counsel for the appellant was absent and time was prayed for on his behalf and the appeal was being adjourned to this day granting one more chance. Today also counsel for the appellant is absent and there is no representation even on his behalf. In the result, I dismiss this
second appeal of 1998 for default.
