Detailed directions have been issued in the judgment, in the matter of approval of the Anganwadi Training Centre run by the writ petitioner. The sole ground pressed by the petitioner for review is that the competent authority to take further steps as contemplated by the judgment is the Government and not the Director of Social Welfare. A similar plea raised by the State in a review petition filed in relation to judgment in W.P.(C). No.22556/2008, which was disposed of by the common judgment has been accepted by me.
