The petitioner is a defaulter in re-payment of loan amounts due from the petitioner to the respondents. Proceedings have been initiated under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 for coercive recovery of the amounts due. An interim order was granted by this Court on condition that the petitioner deposits amount at the rate of Rs.30,000/- per month, payable on or before the 15th of every month commencing from February, 2008 without fail. The petitioner did not pay the instalments as directed, except two instalments. Accordingly, when the writ petition came up on 18.8.2008, I vacated the interim order, since the petitioner has not complied with the conditions of the interim order.
