The defect noticed in this original petition is that the petitioner has not taken steps to issue notice to the 3rd respondent. This original petition was admitted on 23.11.2000. The petitioner did not pay process. On 8.8.2007 this Court directed the petitioner to take necessary steps for issuing notice to the 3rd respondent by speed post. The petitioner has not done anything thereafter. In the above circumstances, this original petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
