Even though several attractive grounds have been raised in the memorandum of appeal, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal since we notice that the total stakes involved in this appeal is below Rs. 15,000/-. The appeal will stand dismissed on that reason.
However, it is made clear that this judgment will not be quoted as a precedent for any other case.
