We found by our order that the learned Subordinate Judge was justified in placing reliance on Ext.A2 for granting enhancement to the claimants. The Registry now reports to us that all the appeals preferred against Ext.A2 have been dismissed and thus Ext.A2 has become final. In view of the finality attained by Ext.A2, there is reason for
entertaining this appeal. The appeal will stand dismissed in limine.
