Revision petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.105/2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Mananthavadi. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the revision petitioner sought sanction to withdraw the revision petition. In the above circumstances, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The parties shall appear before the Trial Court on 2/12/2009.
