Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that a final report for the offences under Sections 143, 147, 148, 451, 506(ii) read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code has already been submitted before Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Kanjirappally. In such circumstances, with liberty to seek an order quashing the final report, this petition is dismissed.
