ORDER
Petitioner is the first accused in C.C.No.126/2006 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Punalur. This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for a direction to the Magistrate to consider the application for bail to be filed by the petitioner on the date of his surrender, as a non bailable warrant is pending against him consequent to his failure to appear, when one of the four accused was tried and acquitted.
