This petition is filed by second counter petitioner in C.M.P.2761/2008 on the file of Judicial first Class Magistrate-I, Punalur for a direction to the Magistrate to dispose Annexure-G petition filed

by him to modify Annexure-C order passed on 15/3/2008 in C.M.P.2768/2008. C.M.P.2761/2008 was filed by first respondent under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. C.M.P.2768/2008 was filed in that petition under Section 23 of the Act. By Annexure-C an interim order was passed and the petition was posted for objection. Annexure-G petition is filed to modify that order.
