This petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondent to file the report of accused in Crime No.471/08 of the Palakkad Town Police Station before the Judicial First Class Magistrate-III, Palakkad. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that a report has been filed to the effect that the present petitioner is arrayed as the 5th accused in the case and the offence alleged is under Section 395 IPC. In the light of this submission further action is not necessary. Therefore this Crl.M.C is closed.
