The petitioners have filed this contempt case alleging noncompliance with the directions in Annexure 4 judgment. The respondent had taken the judgment in appeal in W.A.No.71/2009, in the judgment in which, the Division Bench had given one month's time to implement the directions in Annexure 4 judgment. The respondent has complied with the directions within that time. In the above circumstances, no further proceedings are necessary in this contempt case. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
