JUDGMENT
The affidavit filed by the respondent is incorporated. I am satisfied that there is no willful disobedience of the directions issued by this court. I also record the undertaking given by the Government Pleader that orders, with regard to the regularisation of the period of suspension of the petitioner, will be issued immediately, at any rate, within one month from today, pursuant to Annexure A1 order dated 21.1.2009.
This Contempt of Court Case is closed, subject to the right of the petitioner to seek reopening of the case, if there is any further delay in complying with this direction.
