Although, belatedly, the respondent has passed Annexure I order produced along with a memo dated 14-1-2009 in compliance with Annexure A1 judgment in the contempt case. I.A.No. 16411/2008 in W.P(C) No. 32322/2008 is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the direction in Annexure A1 judgment in Cont. Case (C) No. 1815/2008.
In view of the fact that orders have been passed, the I.A is allowed and the contempt case is closed.
