JUDGMENT
Sri.V.Rajendran, the learned counsel appearing for the
second respondent, Manager, submits that the direction issued by this Court in Annexure-I judgment has been complied with on 31.10.2009, subject to the outcome of the appeal before the Apex Court. In the light of the said development, I am of the opinion that no further orders are called for in this Contempt Case. It is accordingly closed.
