ORDER
The sixth accused in Crime No.83 of 2009 of Koratty Police Station has filed this application for anticipatory bail. He had filed B.A.No.2773 of 2009 earlier for the same relief and that application was dismissed by the order dated 4th June 2009. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that charge was laid in the case on 29.8.2009 before the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Chalakudy.
Reserving the right of the petitioner to move for regular bail, this application for anticipatory bail is closed.
