O R D E R
This Bail Application is filed by C.K.Das and Sajeevan, apprehending arrest by the Range Officer, Flying Squad, Forest Range Office, Devikulam, Idukki, on an accusation of having committed non-bailable offence. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that so far, the petitioners are not made accused persons in the case. Learned Public Prosecutor also submitted that there is no intention to arrest the petitioners for the present. These submissions are recorded. If, on investigation, it is suspected that the petitioners are also involved, notice shall be issued to the petitioners under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The Bail Application is disposed of as above.
