Apprehending arrest on an accusation of having committed a non-bailable offence in Crime No.400 of 2007 of Shiruvani Police Station, Tamil Nadu, Vijayan Achari N.A., Kodumthara, Pathanamthitta has filed this Bail Application, Later, the crime number was corrected as Crime No.400 of 2009 of Virutha Nagar Police Station, Tamil Nadu. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no police station as Virutha Nagar Police Station. Virutha Nagar is a district and the police station concerned is Sreevilli Puthoor Town Police Station. It is also submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that in Crime No.400 of 2009, registered at Sreevilli Puthoor Town Police Station, the petitioner is not an accused and that there is no intention to arrest the petitioner. This submission is recorded and the Bail Application is closed.
