In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who is the accused in Crime No. 76 of 2009 of Taliparamba Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 489-B and 489-C I.P.C., seeks his enlargement on bail. The petitioner was arrested on 06.02.2009.

1.The petitioner shall surrender his passport before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Taliparamba.
If the petitioner commits breach of any of the above conditions, the bail granted to him shall be liable to be cancelled.
