J U D G M E N T
Though several contentions have been raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri. Chandra Mohan Das submits that he confines his prayer at this stage for a direction to the Government to consider the claim made by the petitioner, as evidenced by Exhibit P3, for re-engagement as Attender Gr.II in the Health Services Department and for regularization of services. She refers to Exhibit P2 order passed by the Government directing regularization of several persons in the post of Attender Gr.II, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in several Judgments.
After having heard the learned Government Pleader also, this writ petition is disposed of in the following terms:
i) The petitioner may file a fresh representation before the Secretary to Government, Health Services Department in terms of the representation already made under Exhibit P3, within one month from today, in which case, the Government shall take a decision, within a period of six weeks thereafter keeping in mind the observations of this Court in
Vasanthi Vs. State of Kerala [2006 (1) KLT 288].
