The petitioner wants conversion of a portion of his wet

land as dry land for which purpose the petitioner has filed Ext.P5 representation before the additional 4^th respondent, under the Kerala Land Utilization Order. The The petitioner seeks a direction to the additional 4^th respondent to consider Ext.P5 and pass orders thereon expeditiously.

I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose

of this writ petition with a direction to the additional 4^th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5,

as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a certified copy of this judgment before the additional 4^th respondent for compliance.
