JUDGMENT
The essential grievance of the petitioner highlighted in the writ petition is the alleged delay on the part of the first respondent in disbursing the monetary benefits due to the petitioner consequent upon the completion of 25 years of service, in the scale of pay of Rs. 2,200-3,500/as per Ext.P5 order.

submits that the benefits due to the Petitioner will be disbursed without further delay and at any rate before 15.2.2008. Submission is recorded.
