Raman, J.
The prayer in this writ petition is to quash Ext.P1 issued by the Asst. Commissioner, H.R. & C.E. appointing one Shri P.L. Narayanan as an Executive Officer. Ext.P1 itself is issued based on the order of the Commissioner dated 9.1.2008.
and 2 that since the order appointing a non-hereditary trustee is without notice to the hereditary trustee, the same was withdrawn by order dated 3.3.2008, without prejudice to the issuance of fresh orders in accordance with law.
The above submission is recorded and the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
