JUDGMENT
The petitioners in this writ petition espoused a cause of Government servants who had retired from service from various Departments of the State Government in between 1.3.2002 and 30.6.2004 on the ground that these persons alone were denied the benefits of pay revision order. The learned Government Pleader submits that in a batch of writ petitions another learned Single Judge of this Court (W.P.(C) No.10692/2008 and connected cases) has directed the Government to take a decision on this question, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondent to take a decision on this question as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
