JUDGMENT
The complaint of the petitioner is regarding the imposition of bank charges as is reflected in Ext.P1. Learned counsel for the Bank submits that there is an erroneous duplication of the demand for Rs.23,000/- and that the total expenditure would be only Rs.23,000/- and not Rs.46,000/-. This is recorded and writ petition is disposed of
accordingly.
