JUDGMENT
The challenge in this writ petition is against Ext.P12 to the extent the ranked list excludes the petitioner and Ext.P13 is the rejection memo of his candidature. The reason for such rejection is that the SLET, that the Petitioner has passed from the Bharadhidarsan University is not recognized in terms of the Special Rules. This very issue has already been decided by a Division Bench of this court in the judgment in WA.No.2822/07. In view of this binding judgment, the contention raised by the Petitioner are only to be rejected and I do so.
Writ petition therefore fails and is dismissed.
