JUDGMENT

In view of the intervening developments, it is not necessary

to deal with the issue raised in this writ petition at length. It is brought to my notice that a new member has been inducted in the place of respondent no.4. Learned Standing Counsel for the University submits that the selection committee with the newly inducted member will be convened without any further delay and the selection process will be completed expeditiously.

In the above facts and circumstances, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to constitute the selection committee by inducting the scheduled caste member in the place of respondent no.4 in the said committee and complete the selection process for the post of Professional Assistant Grade II as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
