Petitioner is a part-time sweeper in the third

respondent Co-operative Bank. According to her, she started such activity on 28-12-1987 and is continuing. Her request is that she may be regularized in service. Ext.P3 shows that the

third respondent has requested the second respondent Registrar of Co-operative Societies for approving the feeder category rules by including sweepers also. That is a matter, which the second respondent has to take into consideration and pass appropriate orders immediately. Hence, leaving open all other contentions, the second respondent is directed to take up the request of the third respondent about which mention is made in Ext.P3. To aid such process, the third respondent is directed to send a reminder to the second

respondent within two weeks from now and the second respondent will take a final decision on that matter within one month of receipt of the reminder.
