In the manner in which I propose to dispose of the Writ Petition, it is not necessary to issue notice to the fourth respondent. Learned Government Pleader takes notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

i) The first respondent shall dispose of Ext. P11 revision after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the Manager of the school as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
ii) The petitioner shall produce a copy of the Writ Petition along with a copy of the judgment before the first respondent.
iii) The petitioner shall send a copy of the judgment to 4th respondent by registered post and shall produce proof of the same before the first respondent well in advance before the disposal of Ext.P11.
