JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the first plaintiff in O.S.727 of 1997 on the file of Munsiff Court, Kollam. I.A.971 of 2008 was filed under Order I Rule 10 of Code of Civil Procedure to implead additional defendants in the suit. Under Ext.P2 order, the petition was dismissed. Plaintiffs also filed similar application, I.A.1095 of 2008 to implead some more additional parties as defendants 15 to 40. Under Ext.P5 order, the said petition was also dismissed. This petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to quash Ext.P3 to P5 orders contending that learned Munsiff should have impleaded the persons sought for in Ext.P4 application.
Petition is dismissed.
