J U D G M E N T
Petitioner claims to be a transferee of the permit on the route Beypore-City Stand. It seems that her predecessor in interest had earlier filed an application for variation of conditions of the permit and the permit was transferred in the name of the petitioner during the currency of the application for variation. It seems that order of variation was ultimately challenged before this Court but that was not interfered with. Petitioner's grievance is that though variation has been sanctioned, varied permit is yet to be issued and timings have also not been settled.
Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent herein to convene a timing conference, in relation to the schedule to be operated by the petitioner on the varied permit and settle the same without further delay, at any

rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
